The LQ3 offers a unique perspective, providing a visualization of the new twenty-first century decision-making process, showing the interrelationship of emotional, cultural, and change leadership intelligence. The model is a road map for heightened awareness, which creates an opportunity for each of us to analyze our own psyche, how we formulate a decision, and how we can temper our biases. Perhaps more important, the LQ3 is an easy to understand template for educators to bring the decision-making message into the classroom. The LQ3 book includes a research paper, a case study with discussion questions, and links to download two PowerPoint presentations to facilitate classroom use.
