PETER SCHWARTZ is a leadership coach, entrepreneur, and award-winning Vistage Chair with over twenty years of experience working with CEOs and senior executives. He has led more than 379 leaders through high-level peer advisory groups, integrating adult development theory, leadership psychology, and practical business strategy. A graduate of Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership, Schwartz brings a rare combination of corporate leadership, entrepreneurial success, and deep coaching expertise to his work. His experiences on Spain's Camino de Santiago pilgrimage inform his belief that leadership is a lifelong journey of growth, authenticity, and adaptability.
