Mr. Wehrmeyer is an experienced commercial real estate developer, part time college professor and licensed attorney specializing in health care related development projects. A healthcare project, developed by Mr. Wehrmeyer and the development team was selected as the office Building of the Year in San Antonio, Texas. Now living in San Antonio Mr. Wehrmeyer and his wife of more than twenty years, Cindy has two children-daughter Ashley and son Trey.
