As a survivor of a traumatic brain injury, I have written this book for those who have sustained a TBI, their loved ones, and anyone who has experienced trauma in their lives and had to deal with the depression, rage, and guilt that accompanies it.

By sharing my personal thirty-year journey of grief and hope, I want to reassure all who read this book that though our bodies and/or brains may feel broken, our presence on this planet can have a positive effect on all with whom we interact on a daily basis.
