He has been awarded with RA-CSIR by CSIR-New Delhi and has worked in Department of Biotechnology, Motilal Nehru NIT, Allahabad\/Prayagraj, India. During Ph.D., he had received CSIR-JRF (NET) and CSIR-SRF(NET).
