His research interests include international strategy, innovation in international firms and contexts, and organizational resilience. Before entering academia in 2007, Dr Williams spent two decades in industry, mostly in innovative and international environments. His research appears in journals such as \u003ci\u003eAsia Pacific Journal of Management\u003c\/i\u003e, \u003ci\u003eInternational Business Review\u003c\/i\u003e, \u003ci\u003eJournal of Business Research\u003c\/i\u003e, \u003ci\u003eJournal of Management\u003c\/i\u003e, \u003ci\u003eJournal of Management Studies\u003c\/i\u003e, \u003ci\u003eJournal of World Business \u003c\/i\u003eand \u003ci\u003eResearch Policy\u003c\/i\u003e. He has also published a range of teaching cases on strategy and innovative issues in international contexts with Ivey Publishing and is author of \u003ci\u003eVenturing in International Firms: Contexts and Cases in a High-Tech World \u003c\/i\u003e(Routledge, 2018) and \u003ci\u003eManagement Consultancy for Innovation \u003c\/i\u003e(Routledge, 2019). \u003cb\u003eJacqueline Jing You \u003c\/b\u003eis a doctoral graduate from Durham University Business School in the UK. Her research interests include organizational resilience and disruption, inter-organizational relationships and organizational ecosystems. She worked in industry with international companies and as an entrepreneur before her doctoral studies.
