Author Biography

Nick Gebruers is a physical therapist, Professor of Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy (REVAKI-MOVANT) at the University of Antwerp, cofounder of oedema.be and a scientific collaborator at the multidisciplinary edema clinic of the Antwerp University Hospital. Nick's fi eld of research is edema treatment, with over fifty publications on the topic. His teaching activities focus on research sciences and vascular rehabilitation.

Hanne Verbelen is a physical therapist, an educational expert in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy (REVAKI-MOVANT) at the University of Antwerp and a researcher active in the field of breast cancer-related morbidity, including lymphedema and breast edema. Hanne's teaching activities focus on the domain of oncological rehabilitation and lymphology, with a strong focus on blended learning.
