Although associated with the current Topic, a variety of journals were open to submissions in relation to this SI, with the manuscripts ultimately accepted and published included in just two of them: the journals Processes (seven papers, including the Editorial) and Sustainability (three papers). This overall set of publications contributes to shedding further light on the wide field of pollution and remediation focused on emerging pollutants, with this Topic aiming to encourage additional research and for researchers to pay special attention to all aspects related to anticoccidial antibiotics. With the SI now closed, the Guest Editors would like to thank all of the research teams who submitted their papers, providing high-quality contributions.
