The results from clinical trials have been remained disappointing. Therefore, treatment of this tumor has been challenge for neurosurgeons, neuro-oncologists and radiation oncologists. In this paper risk factors, prognostic\/predictive factors, new directions of the innovative therapeutic options in glioblastoma multiforme were discussed.
