Businesses that are prepared for, or prone to, crises become a critical component of national crisis\/disaster resiliency (Herbane, 2013), and for those businesses that maintain a level of preparedness, stand ready to react to disasters through predetermined plans and training (Haddow, Bullock, \u0026amp; Coppola, 2011).
