McDonald served in a senior role with MasterCard for five years and her last corporate job was as EVP of the nation's largest credit union payments organization, PSCU. McDonald has returned to consulting with her new company, Lydian Management, and with her range of industry perspectives she has developed a framework for innovation that can apply to companies both large and small.
