She has been instrumental in successfully launching the Centre of Distance and Online Education at Jaypee Institute of Information and Technology. Academically, she has earned an MBA (finance), MCom and BCom (Hons) from prestigious institutions in India. She has to her credit various publications in international journals (ABDC\/Scopus\/SCI indexed) such as \u003cem\u003eManagerial Finance\u003c\/em\u003e (B), \u003cem\u003e Review of Behavioral Finance\u003c\/em\u003e (B), \u003cem\u003eJournal of Investing\u003c\/em\u003e (B), \u003cem\u003eQualitative Research in Financial Markets\u003c\/em\u003e (C) and \u003cem\u003eGlobal Business Review\u003c\/em\u003e (C). She is a pioneer in financial surveys in the Indian context and developed survey instruments in the areas of dividend policy and behaviorial finance in collaboration with Professor Baker Kent of American University.
