Dr. Lee received her BSc and MSc degrees from the University of Oregon and her PhD from the University of Birmingham, UK. She has published articles on leadership and change using healthcare teams, podcasting, and teaching leadership and management. She has volunteered for the American Cancer Society and Florida Department of Health, and translated for patients in Upstate Medical Hospital in New York. Dr. Lee is a founding member of the Alfred P.
